My name is Nicola, I am a Mickel Therapist that works with people that have M.E and other energy disorders, including depression, anxiety, IBS, Fibromyalgia.

The aim of this web site is to create a space where people with these frustrating disorders feel understood. Mickel Therapy is a One to One Talking Session between two people, The therapist and  yourself. It requires no hands on contact, It is not medication or supplements and is not a diet change.
