It's not called ME for nothing! (Strangely it is about me!)
My whole life I had really lacked energy, and tired easily. Even as a child. In recent years I increasingly felt tired beyond tired. I was dragging myself through life. Overcome by depression, I had to stop work.

In 1995 I had life threatening Meningitis and was hospitalised for two weeks, before being discharged with strict instructions to rest. This had never been the way I lived my life and after one week of bed rest I went back to work.

The first time I felt the symptoms of ME was following a bout of chicken Pox at Easter 2004, for the rest of the year I struggled through each and every day with thing's getting so bad in the October that I was unable to work, spending my days confined to the house with even short walks turning into an ordeal.

I am a woman of 55 years old
Level headed I think. I have had (to my mind) an interesting, fairly well balanced attitude to life. Brought up in the country on a small farm with plenty of nature around me surrounded by family.
